Good Managers Are Great Communicators

Managers, listen up.  Good managers are great communicators.  A lot of what makes a good manager is the ability to communicate well.

The best managers know how to really listen and how to communicate with both power and empathy. 

 Employees who show an aptitude for verbal and written communication are more likely to advance up the corporate ladder, as well. Effective communication between managers and employees is requisite for a well-functioning workplace.
